Those Christmas CDs have been flying off of the proverbial shelves at Cherryade so it's time to remind you that the last day for posting before Christmas will be Wednesday 22nd - and even then, it might take a little luck to get to you depending on where you live in this festive weather - but remember those compilations sound as good at any time of the year!

What's that? Is that the distant sound of jingle bells and Santa's sleigh being dragged out of his shed? It must mean it's time for this year's bumper edition of Cherryade's beloved Christmas compilation - that's right, it's time to unveil A Very Cherry Christmas volume 6! This year’s Santa’s sack of goodies is bulging with 21 audio stocking fillers from the likes of The Bobby McGee’s, Doris and the Jumpers, The 10p Mixes, Curly Hair, Christa Rebecca, Partly Llama, Otalgia, Momeraths, Paraffins, Grant Curnow and many more, and all for only £6!

Sadly, we are finally all sold out of the first four Christmas compilations, so count yourself lucky if you managed to snap one up during a previous Christmas - they're collectors items now! We've been getting quite a few reviews in for the three most recent Cherryade releases including some glowing reviews from Artrocker, so check out each individual sales page for what they've been saying. Speaking of recent releases, Fever Fever have put together a lovely 10" version of the "Bloodless" EP for sale on their website, so vinyl lovers might want to head over there soon before they quickly run out! Fever Fever will also be studio guests on 6Music DJ Tom Robinson's show this website, find out more details here.

Hello again Cherryaders! It's been an incredibly busy summer, what with us being pre-occupied with various activites including Indietracks and a certain notorious Mastermind appearance, but we're pleased to announce that we've been planning a huge confection of goodies for you wonderful pop fans to drool over! Without further ado, here are details for the next few Cherryade releases due in the next month:

Firstly, those cheeky Norwich fight-popsters Fever Fever are back, their inspired creative spurt continuing with their new EP, "Bloodless", released on October 11th, and it promises to carry on the frenetic sugar-rush of their last two singles, with the five tracks on this EP further capturing the manic energy witnessed at their live shows - find out more details here about the release and their forthcoming tour.

As if that weren't enough, Cherryade's beloved Ste McCabe is back with a new EP entitled "Harrowing Breakdown", a sparkling collection of punked-up pop thrills charting life on the breadline with the wit and sly humour Ste has perfected since exploring the darker regions of society at large on his previous record, Murder Music. And finally, it brings us great joy to announce that Manchester's legendary own Hotpants Romance have agreed to release their second album with us! Released on 8th November, their new record, The International Hotpants Romance, promises more of the same frankly astonishing music. At a time when lo-fi grrrl-pop has suddenly become all the rage, Hotpants Romance are destined to steal some of the spotlight for themselves with their beguilingly D.I.Y. raw-knuckle spin on the garage-pop genre. Don't worry all you anxious Cherryaders, we've not been snoozing behind the scenes over the last few months but have been busy getting ready for another year of musical delights! And what better way to kick-start the summer than with the second single by Cherryade bright young things Fever Fever? The Norwich three-piece's second single, following on from 2009's "Keys in the Bowl", is "Monster", another chaotic romp promising to sate the tastebuds of riot-pop fans everywhere! To kick off 2010 with a bang, Time Out London will be publishing a big interview with our very own Ste McCabe for their '2010 Talents To Look Out For' section of the new issue coming out on January 5th. Should make for stimulating reading so keep an eye out for a copy near you!
